No parking in alleys
Park on the street — not in the alley. Parking in alleys is prohibited to ensure emergency vehicles, residents and service vehicles can safely access every home.
Parking is prohibited in all alleyways at Horizon Uptown, including:
- Vehicles overhanging driveways into the alley
- Vehicles parked on driveway aprons
- Vehicles parking or driving on landscaped rock areas
Enforcement
Vehicles parked in violation of District regulations may be subject to fines and towing. Damage to landscaping, water meters or underground utilities caused by improper parking may be the vehicle owner’s responsibility.
