The Horizon Metropolitan Districts were approved by the City of Aurora in 2005. They are located on approximately 500 acres at the southwest corner of I70 and E 470, with 6th Avenue on the south and Piccadilly Street on the west. The development is expected to consist of a mixed use community with residential, multifamily, retail, office, a proposed elementary school and park and recreation amenities. The Districts will be providing the necessary public improvements for the development.

- Sidewalks surrounding homes are the responsibility of each owner.
- Common sidewalks highlighted on the map in yellow will be removed at 2" snow depth.
- Alleyway plowing will be completed at 2" snow depth.
